Job Overview

B.L. Harbert International is in search of an HR Administrative Coordinator to join our International Group. This role is pivotal in supporting the Human Resources team by managing various HR functions and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize confidential employee records, including personal and medical files.
  • Handle daily sorting and filing of correspondence and mail.
  • Perform extensive data entry of employee information into the HR database (UltiPro) and Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis.
  • Assist in tracking employee leave records, including sick days and absences.
  • Provide employment verification letters as required.
  • Support the preparation of monthly payroll.
  • Contribute to the generation of various HR reports.
  • Coordinate appointments with investigators for security clearance processes.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by HR Management.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to repetitively use hands for various tasks.
  • Capability to stoop, bend, walk, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. of materials.
  • Willingness to sit for extended periods, with occasional standing required.
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and perform specialized tasks.
  • High concentration levels necessary in a busy office setting.
