Healthcare Customer Support Specialist

As a Patient Services Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support within a healthcare environment. Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries, resolve patient concerns, and assist in the smooth operation of healthcare services.
Available Shifts:
- Evening Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 12 PM to 8:30 PM CST
- Night Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 4 PM to 12:30 AM CST
- Overnight Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and manage service requests
- Monitor and respond to environmental alerts
- Collaborate with the patient transport team
- Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in a customer service capacity is advantageous
