Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
- Act as a mentor and role model for students and new nurses, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in Perinatal Services.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements.
- Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with patients and families.
- RN (Registered Nurse) licensure.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
