Clinical Nurse II

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our team at the University of California, Irvine. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to an assigned group of patients in the Cancer Center. You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients in the Cancer Center * Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support * Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction * Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in oncology nursing

Requirements
* Current California RN license * Minimum of six months demonstrated nursing experience in an inpatient or outpatient oncology setting * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with patients and families (preferred)
