Clinical Nurse II

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at UCI Health. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an ambulatory care setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to patients in an ambulatory care setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Current California RN license
- Minimum two years of experience in an ambulatory care setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient assessment and care planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pediatric ambulatory experience
- Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with patients and families
