Clinical Nurse II Specialist

Your Role on the TeamWe are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team in an ambulatory care setting. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including phone and walk-in triage, assisting with procedures, and coordinating patient education and follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care and service
- Assist with procedures and patient education
- Coordinate patient follow-up care and home care
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Current California RN license
- Minimum two years demonstrated nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Pediatric ambulatory experience
- Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Background Check and Live Scan
- Legal Right to Work in the United States
- Vaccination Policies
- Smoking and Tobacco Policy
- Drug Free Environment
