Job Title: Human Resources Representative

As a Human Resources Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Arlington, Virginia office and contributing to our mission of making a positive impact on the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HRIS Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and data in our HR Information System, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Employee Lifecycle:
    • Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding, including completion of new hire paperwork and verification of I-9 documentation.
    • Recruitment: Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings and onboarding.
    • Offboarding: Coordinate and conduct offboarding and processing of terminations.
  • Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees on topics such as Unconscious Bias, Feedback, People Styles, and more.
  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR special projects aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel or similar programs
  • Basic understanding of business activities
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
