Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business results and support our mission.

  • Collaborate with the Site Manager and Program Director to forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate personnel for uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with experience in non-profit or humanitarian settings being a plus.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and build high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and best HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • Bilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish, will be considered an advantage though not mandatory.
