At Teneo Linguistics Company LLC, we're seeking a visionary HR Manager to spearhead our mission to provide refuge and hope to children from traumatized backgrounds. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for fostering a cohesive, motivated, and aligned workforce that embodies our core values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business results and support our mission.
  • Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager and Program Director to forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate personnel for uninterrupted operations.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with all local and federal laws.
  • Advocate for employee well-being and work-life balance, promoting a healthy and sustainable work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with experience in non-profit or humanitarian settings being a plus.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and build high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and best HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • Bilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish, will be considered an advantage though not mandatory.
