Human Resources Representative Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • HRIS Management: Ensure accurate and confidential employee data is maintained in our HR Information System, and conduct regular reviews to guarantee data integrity.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate onboarding, recruitment, and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, I-9 documentation, and termination processing.
  • Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops on topics such as Unconscious Bias, Feedback, and People Styles, and identify opportunities for employee skill development and career advancement.
  • HR Projects: Participate in special projects aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or aPHR) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and manage multiple priorities.
