Human Resources Liaison

Redhorse Corporation is a leading provider of innovative solutions and services to private, state, and federal customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Liaison to join our team and support our mission.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide support for staffing and recruitment efforts, ensuring timely and accurate data reporting.
- Offer advisory services to program offices, focusing on staffing, recruitment, and human resources functions.
- Review reports to guarantee data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain awareness of HR-related procedures and guidance to provide effective outcomes and solutions.
- Track and maintain HR reports across various systems.
- Facilitate discussions and meetings to ensure wide integration of management efforts.
- Provide oversight and guidance to junior personnel.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and developments in assigned functional areas.
- Conduct studies, perform research, and prepare reports to inform HR-related decisions.
- Review, interpret, and recommend policies to ensure compliance with DOE HR-related rules and regulations.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, classification review, compensation studies, employment analysis, and leave and benefits administration.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of programmatic support and control systems, functional organizations, and process improvement methods.
- Apply expert-level skills in data analysis and Excel software, as well as extensive writing and editing skills.
- Review management processes, including program planning, procurement, budget processing, human resource management, field management, and operations.
- Analyze technology development and deployment, program strategy and integration, public policy initiatives, legislation, and rulemaking.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 14 years of experience, or high school diploma and 16 years of experience.
- Federal HR experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to competently deal with rapidly changing priorities and requirements.
- Ability to perform sensitive tasks that require discretion and tact.
