Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to deliver HR services that enable business success.
  • Partner with property management to hire and train HR staff members who demonstrate strong functional expertise, creativity, and leadership.
  • Lead the planning and execution of engagement survey-related activities, collaborating with business and discipline partners.
  • Champion and build the talent management ranks in support of property and region diversity strategy.
  • Monitor the effective use of myHR by property managers and employees, partnering with managers to resolve errors.
  • Coordinate and participate in succession planning activities in the market, as appropriate.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
  • Or 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
