We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team at OneStudyTeam. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for designing and executing an HR strategy that aligns with our company's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities- HR Strategy and Chief HR Business Partner
- Human Resource Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive human resource plan that aligns with our company's strategic objectives.
- Ensure that all elements of our people and talent operations are aligned with the strategy.
- Organizational Design and Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure that our organizational design and workforce are aligned with our corporate strategy.
- Assess our evolving workforce needs and plan accordingly.
- Culture and Values
- Exemplify the best of OneStudyTeam's culture and values, promoting and nurturing them in others.
- Ensure that our team remains aligned with our company's mission and values.
- Employee Engagement and Wellness
- Understand the highs and lows of the employee experience, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Partner with our head of Learning & Engagement to lead the organization in continuous improvement.
- Human Resource Planning
- People Performance
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes at OneStudyTeam.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Management
- Oversee the semi-annual performance management and merit planning processes.
- Ensure that our talent is assessed fairly and equitably.
- Total Rewards Management
- Oversee compensation, payroll, and benefits.
- Manage our Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist.
- HRIS Management
- Ensure that we are optimizing our current HRIS (Workday).
- Assess our future needs and plan accordingly.
- People Policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of workforce policies and procedures.
- Global Workforce and Immigration
- Partner with two Employers of Record (Remote and Kaamwork) to manage the HR needs of our global workforce.
- Over 10 years of experience in human resources and people operations—contributing at a senior level.
- Must have experience in fast-growing SaaS Software and/or healthcare organizations.
- Experience leading and developing Human Resource Information Systems (preferably Workday).
- Demonstrated experience leading and building teams.
- Innovative thinker who is always looking for unique ways of doing things.
- Experience managing employees that are working remotely.
- Must be comfortable leveraging video conference software to communicate with candidates and the rest of the organization.
