About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Director of Product to lead our Product team and drive the development of our digital products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product strategy, aligning with our overall business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the Product team to design, develop, and launch new digital products and features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • Manage and prioritize product development roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
