This organization, specializing in medical aesthetic devices, is seeking a Director of Product Management to enhance their operations.

The company offers innovative devices for various treatments, including laser hair removal, wrinkle reduction, and tattoo removal. This position entails a full-time commitment with a hybrid work arrangement of 2-3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, regulatory, and R&D teams to oversee the complete product management lifecycle for both new and existing products.
  • Engage with global teams and clients to lead requirements gathering and voice of customer (VoC) initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Experience in the medical device sector.
  • Familiarity with the medical aesthetics industry is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end product management processes.
