About Us

RPI Philadelphia is a fast-growing consulting and sales firm in the Philadelphia area, leveraging data-driven insights to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Representative to join our team and play a key role in our expansion into new markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing sales performance while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • College degree or relevant work experience in sales or marketing.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
