We are seeking a High-Performing Sales Development Representative to join our team at The Gallagher Search Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to secure new business and exceed sales targets.

Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for personally engaging with automotive establishments, guiding them through the sales process until all necessary paperwork is finalized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Professionally present our client's software solutions to potential clients in a consultative manner.
  • Lead Generation: Promptly follow up on all assigned leads within one business day.
  • Customer Management: Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions, conversations, and sales activities using our CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve and sustain high-performance levels meeting or exceeding sales quotas within 90 days.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend all requisite meetings, training sessions, and events.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-4 years of sales experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, Outlook, and telephone etiquette.
  • Soft Skills: Strong time management, project management, and problem-solving abilities, with adept multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to spend 80% of working time visiting prospective clients in the field; personal vehicle for transportation is necessary.
