Job Overview:

As a vital member of our team at Sun Technologies, you will take on the role of a healthcare customer service representative. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage a high volume of orders through both inbound and outbound communications, as well as in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established communication protocols while addressing various topics and serving as a liaison between our organization and its clientele.
  • Evaluate documentation to ensure all necessary information is collected for billing processes.
  • Assist patients, referral sources, and administrative departments with inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance providers and manage prior authorization requests.
  • Input patient data into the customer information management system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and concerns related to health services.
  • Make informed decisions independently to maintain an uninterrupted supply of products to customers.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs and trends to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gain knowledge of various insurance qualifications to ensure accurate order processing.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Additionally, effective time management and organizational skills are essential for navigating multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

  • Experience: 2+ years in a related field.
