Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at Community Care Partners. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Registration and Scheduling: Collect and validate patient insurance information, identification, and prepares registration forms, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and accurate.
  • Front Desk Operations: Check-in patients at the front desk, scan documents into patient charts, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect and record copayments and outstanding balances, balance cash drawer daily, and inform patients of costs of care being provided.
  • Communication: Communicate efficiently with back-office staff regarding patient needs, answer phone calls in a professional manner, and follow procedures for routing calls.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent is required.
  • Certificate/License: None.
  • Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience is required.
