As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and greet residents and guests, ensuring a secure and friendly environment
  • Assist residents with requests and needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emergencies
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and entrance area
  • Collaborate with emergency personnel as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • 6-12 months of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or resident relations role
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Senior living or hotel experience a plus
