About the Role

The Order Center Representative is a key position at SIG Combibloc, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by processing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving issues. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Develop a strong working relationship with customers and serve as the primary point of contact for order status inquiries.
  • Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the SAP system, ensuring all details are correct and orders are processed in a timely manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, communicate, and escalate issues through established processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer orders.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company's products and services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • An Associate's degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
  • SAP ERP systems experience.
  • Analytical skills (a plus).
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
