About the Role:

Interlake Mecalux is a leading company in the global warehousing systems market. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our sales team, working remotely in Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities:

* Manage relationships with racking and material handling dealers, distributors, systems integrators, and end-users
* Visit dealers, distributors, and end-users in territory to strengthen existing relationships and close business
* Conduct sales presentations, complete sales calls, and manage sales order negotiations
* Partner with internal technical resources to create quotes for customers
* Develop long-term relationships with customers and generate additional sales
* Ensure completion of customer projects through coordination of engineering, manufacturing, installation, and customer service activities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
* At least one year of experience in Industrial Sales
* Strong technical aptitude
* Excellent driving record and own a car with auto liability coverage
* Willingness for frequent business travel in South Carolina
* High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
