Job Title: Business Development Representative

At PuroClean of Oak Park, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our franchise services in assigned territories, resulting in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
  • Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective marketing
  • Develop and service a 'top 25 client' list and provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses
  • Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business
  • Understand, adhere to, and promote safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling
  • Build brand awareness, promote the 'One Team' culture, and have a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people
  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting
  • Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines
  • Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting
