Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to manage paid and organic media, spanning all retention and acquisition channels, for the brand. The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works closely across all areas of marketing and collaborates with merchandising, ecommerce, product, and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute organic social strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Manage the customer funnel from visit to purchase, with strong experience operating across multiple channels.
  • Optimize marketing budgets to deliver against KPIs, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive growth.
  • Mentor and manage junior reports, and collaborate with the creative team on content building and communicating results.
Requirements
  • B.A. in Communications, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 7+ years in acquisition and retention marketing, including experience with Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, email, SMS, loyalty programs, etc.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms and their content requirements.
  • Superior budget management skills, with the ability to find reinvestment opportunities quickly.
  • Comprehensive understanding of funnel data, benchmarks, and success metrics, with strong analytical skills.
