**Growth Marketing Director**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Growth Marketing Director to join our team at Indie Consulting, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving client growth and developing innovative marketing strategies that meet and exceed client objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a portfolio of client accounts and develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive measurable results.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with client business goals.
- Analyze client business challenges and opportunities to recommend and execute data-driven marketing tactics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the development of innovative marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of client-facing playbooks and ways of working.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic or client services role, preferably in a professional services, agency, or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated success in balancing business development with managing an existing client portfolio.
- Experience leading marketing projects from discovery through execution, with a focus on growth marketing tactics.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, branding, and emerging technologies that drive growth for clients.
- Strong client expectation management skills with the ability to navigate nuanced situations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and handle challenging situations with grace and empathy.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 20-30%, depending on internal team and client needs.
This position reports to the CEO.
LocationNew York, NY in a hybrid work setting (split between working from home, shared offices, and client locations).
CompensationAs required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Indie Consulting provides a range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. The salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000 per year, with potential commission and bonus eligibility up to $200K+ annually. Additional benefits include health insurance and a 401k plan.
