Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Growth Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and scaling our business through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive top-line revenue and sustainable returns
  • Lead a team of growth marketers and manage relationships with external agencies to scale faster
  • Pioneer end-to-end testing on new growth channels and optimize performance
  • Set true north KPIs for the growth organization and lead teams to optimize performance
  • Drive a culture of scrappy experimentation across the organization, collaborating with Product and Brand to achieve company growth goals
  • Build upon our growth tech stack to ensure we have the right MarTech tooling to help our organization scale
  • Work with Marketing & Campaign Team to understand Full-Funnel view of marketing investment and Growth capturing of lift
  • Develop an in-house POV on attribution and attribution modeling
Requirements
  • 7-10 years experience working in growth, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing/CRM, or growth analytics
  • T-shaped marketer with deep understanding of all facets of growth marketing
  • Deep expertise in acquisition and lifecycle marketing, attribution, and data-driven decision making
  • Previous experience setting the vision and strategy for the marketing organization and managing large paid marketing budgets
  • E-commerce and/or marketplace experience is a plus
