Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition
  • Manage a team of growth marketers to achieve marketing goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate growth marketing initiatives with product and brand strategies
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize growth marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
