Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to manage paid and organic media, spanning all retention and acquisition channels, for the brand. The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works closely across all areas of marketing and collaborates with merchandising, ecommerce, product, and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute organic social strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Manage the customer funnel from visit to purchase, with strong experience operating across multiple channels.
  • Optimize multi-million-dollar marketing budgets to deliver against KPIs.
  • Build awareness with customers, deliver highly efficient customer acquisition, and measure performance in the consumer-facing digital world.
  • Mentor and manage junior reports, allowing them to grow within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team on content building and communicating results for continued improvement.
  • Stay informed on the constantly changing landscape of each media channel and cookie depreciation, spotting industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and risks.
  • Manage budget for the area of the business, finding reinvestment opportunities in tests and growing successful tactics.
Requirements
  • B.A. in Communications, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 7+ years in acquisition and retention marketing, including Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, email, SMS, loyalty programs, etc.
  • Strong understanding of all paid media platforms and their content requirements.
  • Superior budget management skills, with the ability to find reinvestment opportunities quickly.
  • Comprehensive understanding of funnel data, benchmarks, and success metrics, with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Background in luxury retail and consumer brands.
  • Ability to develop, plan, and execute work on multiple tasks in an organized fashion.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and offers creative ideas and opinions.
  • Flexible and able to handle shifts in priorities.
  • Ability to creatively problem-solve independently and in a group.
  • Collaborative team player and enthusiastic approach to all tasks.
  • Ability to manage at least one direct report.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
