Office Operations Coordinator

to streamline intricate administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, thrive in a professional environment, and demonstrate a collaborative spirit.

Compensation and Benefits:
$50,000-$60,000

Employment Type:
Direct hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Manage procurement of supplies, merchandise processes, payroll, and HR support tasks.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and engage with high-end clientele in a dynamic setting.
- Provide support and maintain communication with the sales team, service team, department heads, and executive leadership.
- Engage with clients through phone and online channels, addressing inquiries and delivering a premium experience in all interactions, both internal and external.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or administrative role within a professional environment.
- Experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
- General familiarity with PCs, phone systems, and printers.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
- Assist with various operational and administrative initiatives and processes.
- Availability to work on-site Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
