Audubon is currently looking for a Project Coordination Specialist to enhance our team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Project Team and the designated discipline within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Executes tasks in accordance with established protocols as directed by the assigned Project Team.
  • Drafts memos, correspondence, meeting summaries, reports, forms, and various documents.
  • Transcribes materials from dictation or edits and formats documents created by other team members to align with Audubon’s standard formats.
  • Organizes and maintains project documentation and the project SharePoint site.
  • Reports administratively and receives guidance from the Project Managers while functionally supporting the assigned Project Leader.
  • Develops an understanding of fundamental engineering terminology and project management processes, including scope definition, design development, scheduling, estimating, cost reporting, CADD/reprographics, and document control.
  • Utilizes office equipment such as PCs, printers, fax machines, copiers, telecommunication devices, and various other office tools to accomplish tasks.
  • Familiarity with current Audubon Engineering Operations standards and templates is advantageous.
  • Provides backup coverage for the reception desk as needed.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma AND 3+ years of relevant on-the-job training.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills within a team environment.
  • Adept at reviewing and approving deliverables for consistency and presentation quality.
