Audubon is currently in search of a Project Coordination Specialist to enhance our team dynamics. This role is based in a vibrant and fast-paced environment where administrative support is crucial for the Project Team and designated discipline.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute tasks following established protocols as directed by the Project Team.
  • Draft and prepare various documents including memos, letters, meeting notes, reports, and forms.
  • Transcribe materials from dictation or refine documents created by colleagues to align with Audubon’s formatting standards.
  • Organize and oversee project documentation and maintain the project SharePoint site.
  • Receive administrative guidance from Project Managers while functionally reporting to the assigned Project Leader.
  • Gain a foundational understanding of essential engineering terminology and project management processes such as scope definition, design progression, scheduling, estimating, cost tracking, CADD/reprographics, and document management.
  • Utilize office equipment effectively, including PCs, printers, fax machines, copiers, and telecommunication devices.
  • Familiarize with current Audubon Engineering Operations standards and templates.
  • Provide backup coverage for the reception desk when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant on-the-job experience.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills within a team setting.
  • Adept at reviewing and ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables.
