Position Overview

Arrow Security stands as a leading entity in the security services sector, renowned for its exceptional client retention and enduring partnerships. As we continue to expand, we are in search of a Sales Operations Manager to enhance our team.

The Sales Operations Manager will be instrumental in fostering revenue enhancement by overseeing and guiding our Business Development Managers. This role demands a strategic mindset coupled with robust leadership capabilities and a solid history in sales oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership:
    • Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of Business Development Managers to meet and surpass sales objectives.
    • Deliver continuous training, coaching, and support to empower the team with essential skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct regular evaluations of performance and establish clear, attainable goals for team members.
  • Strategic Development:
    • Formulate and execute sales strategies that align with the organization's revenue objectives.
    • Identify emerging market opportunities and collaborate with the team to devise and implement plans to leverage these prospects.
    • Work alongside the Chief Revenue Officer to establish sales targets and forecasts.
    • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and precise reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
    • Guarantee adherence to best practices in lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
    • Facilitate effective collaboration between the sales team and the Client Success Team.
    • Analyze sales performance data to uncover trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key prospects, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to comprehend client requirements and develop customized solutions.
    • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborative Efforts:
    • Engage with marketing, inside sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
    • Provide insights and feedback to marketing teams to influence the development of new services and growth opportunities.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
    • Ensure all sales activities are documented accurately and comply with company policies.
    • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to ensure effective CRM utilization across teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, ideally within the security services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation Range: $86,500-$97,000 Annually
