Position Summary
The Client Relationship Manager position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, facilitating appointments for the Business Development Manager, identifying potential client interests, and ensuring inclusion on the client's RFP list. This role requires setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, tracked through our CRM system, HubSpot. A successful Client Relationship Manager will demonstrate a commitment to surpassing performance targets and possess a thorough understanding of the sales process, particularly the Arrow value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Grasping the Arrow Security value proposition
- Engaging potential clients from CRM leads
- Distributing promotional materials via email
- Incorporating potential clients into upcoming RFPs
- Responding to inquiries from prospective clients
- Conducting regular follow-ups with leads
- Addressing basic service inquiries
- Coordinating meetings between clients and Arrow Sales Professionals
- Maintaining comprehensive CRM records of interactions
- Reaching out to unresponsive prospects
- Gathering and sharing client feedback
- Collaborating with the Sales Team
- Managing RFPs and assisting in decision-making
- Conducting a minimum of 40 client interactions daily, securing 5 appointments weekly, and submitting 1 RFP or proposal weekly

Minimum Requirements
