Nous recherchons actuellement un Analyste de Programme Senior pour soutenir un bureau de programme.

Description fonctionnelle :
La mission est de développer, livrer et maintenir une capacité de levage lourd H-53 efficace, adaptée, abordable et opportune pour le combattant tout au long du cycle de vie du programme.

Applique des techniques analytiques dans l'évaluation des objectifs de programme/projet. Analyse les exigences, l'état, le budget et les calendriers. Réalise des analyses de gestion, techniques ou de cas d'affaires. Collecte, complète, organise et interprète des données relatives à l'acquisition d'aéronefs/armements/programmes de projet.

Suivi de l'état et des calendriers des programmes/projets. Applique les processus institués par le gouvernement pour la documentation, la gestion des changements et la gestion des données.

Collabore avec l'équipe pour prévoir, développer et exécuter des plans d'acquisition complets pour les systèmes avioniques, ainsi que pour gérer les activités liées à l'acquisition et au cycle de vie.


Responsabilités :
  • Participer aux réunions d'échange technique, aux examens d'ingénierie/techniques et à d'autres réunions selon les besoins.
  • Fournir des services de soutien (coût, calendrier, performance) incluant l'analyse des coûts projetés et réels associés aux projets de développement.
  • Connaissance générale de la structure des calendriers des programmes NAVAIR.
  • Expérience dans la génération et la consolidation des contributions pour les mises à jour de statut à divers niveaux de direction.
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement multidisciplinaire.
  • Compétences solides en communication écrite et verbale.
  • Confiance dans la facilitation de réunions.
  • Expérience dans la mise en œuvre des exigences du DoD.

Expérience requise :

Plus de dix ans d'expérience combinée dans des fonctions similaires, dont au moins 5 ans dans l'ingénierie des systèmes et l'interprétation de données relatives à l'acquisition de produits.


Compétences souhaitées :


Expérience avec des produits tels que les systèmes de contrôle de vol, les systèmes de surveillance de la santé, et d'autres composants avioniques.

Niveau élevé de maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office.

Compétences avancées en communication, expérience en gestion de programme et en logistique.

Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le soutien des programmes NAVAIR.


Exigences éducatives :
Diplôme de Master requis.

Éducation souhaitée :
Diplômes en ingénierie mécanique, électrique, aérospatiale ou disciplines similaires.

Un diplôme de Bachelor avec deux années d'expérience supplémentaire peut remplacer un diplôme de Master.


Un diplôme d'Associate avec quatre années d'expérience supplémentaire peut également remplacer un diplôme de Master.


Six années d'expérience supplémentaire peuvent remplacer un diplôme de Master.

Doit être en mesure d'obtenir et de maintenir une habilitation de sécurité secrète. En raison de la sensibilité des exigences liées aux clients, la citoyenneté américaine est requise.
