Position Summary: We are currently looking for a Senior Program Management Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to the CH-53 Program Office, which operates in a dynamic environment that requires professionalism and initiative. The selected candidate will collaborate with the Avionics Integrated Product Team (IPT) to provide comprehensive acquisition and management support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in technical interchange meetings, engineering reviews, and various required discussions.
  • Deliver support services encompassing cost, schedule, and performance analysis related to Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) and Engineering Change Procedure (ECP) costs for development projects.
  • Possess a general understanding of NAVAIR program schedule structures and experience in tracking program schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Generate and consolidate inputs for status updates to PMA Leadership, including briefs and weekly reports.
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years of relevant experience, including at least five years in Systems Engineering, with expertise in data management related to aircraft and weapon acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced communication skills and program management experience, particularly in logistics and data analysis for tracking costs and schedules.
  • Experience supporting NAVAIR programs for at least three years.

Education: A Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Alternative educational qualifications may be considered based on additional work experience.

Security Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
