Senior Program Director of Teen Programming

**Job Summary:**

The Senior Program Director of Teen Programming will lead key teen programs, including Youth & Government, Leaders Club, and Y Achievers, as well as support other youth development programs. This role will oversee physical areas in multiple facilities, guide associates and volunteers, collaborate with Y Family Centers and community partners, ensure program safety, create or enhance teen programming, evaluate program effectiveness, manage hiring, staffing, scheduling, budget, relationships, and fundraising.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage teen programs, including Youth & Government, Leaders Club, and Y Achievers
  • Oversee physical areas in multiple facilities, ensuring safety and security
  • Guide and support associates and volunteers in their roles
  • Collaborate with Y Family Centers and community partners to develop and implement programs
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Manage hiring, staffing, scheduling, budget, relationships, and fundraising efforts

**Requirements:**

  • 5 years of experience in youth program management
  • Prior experience in multi-site program development
  • Strong partnership development skills
  • Fiscal management experience
  • Staff/volunteer supervision experience
