Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team at SubCom. As a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing security administration and management for SubCom, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration: Ensure adherence to applicable laws as well as national, DoD, and other SAP security policies and requirements.
  • Personnel Security: Ensure that personnel processed for access to a SAP meet the prerequisite SAPNP requirements.
  • Physical Security: Ensure adequate secure storage and workspace.
  • Security Education: Provide overall management and direction for assigned SAP SETA programs.
  • Storage and Handling: Establish and oversee a classified material control program for each SAP.
Requirements:
  • Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 12 years of experience with 8 years' experience as CPSO with SFPC certification.
  • Knowledgeable of the DoD SAP Manuals Vol 1-4.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • DoD Top Secret clearance eligibility with current Investigation.
  • Ability to maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance and all Special Program accesses.
  • SCI Access is preferred.
  • Willing to work extended hours, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment in a variety of program areas.
  • Willing to travel on company business (approximately 25%).
Desired Skills:
  • Ability to perform COMSEC duties including inventory and disposition.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate competency level with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment in a variety of program areas.
  • Ability to solve problems of varying levels of complexity.
