Job Summary

The Family Tree is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our family intervention services. As the Director of Family Intervention Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs that support families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement programs that promote healthy family relationships and support the well-being of children and families.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Staff Management and Supervision
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of program staff to ensure the successful implementation of programs.
    • Provide clinical supervision to program staff and interns as needed.
  • Grant Writing and Fundraising
    • Develop and submit grant proposals to secure funding for programs.
    • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities to support program growth and development.
  • Community Engagement and Partnerships
    • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to promote the mission and goals of The Family Tree.
    • Represent The Family Tree at community events and conferences to promote our programs and services.
  • Program Evaluation and Quality Improvement
    • Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of programs.
    • Identify areas for quality improvement and develop plans to address these areas.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in senior management in a human services or non-profit agency.
    • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or another human service field and Mental Health license required (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT).
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with grant writing and fundraising.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
