Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Verkada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and develop and execute plans to pursue them.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies and optimize sales processes.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools, such as Salesforce, and ability to leverage data to drive sales performance.
