About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled District Sales Manager to join our Snowflake team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a cloud solutions or data analytics environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
