Marketing Growth Strategist

As a Marketing Growth Strategist at Nestlé USA, you will be integral in shaping the brand's future through innovative strategies and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consumer Insights: Develop a comprehensive understanding of consumer demographics, psychographics, and purchasing behaviors to identify growth opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Utilize market trends and data analytics to generate actionable insights that inform marketing innovations and brand development.
- Business Planning: Take ownership of P&L responsibilities to ensure key performance indicators such as revenue, profit, and market share are achieved.
- Strategic Revenue Management: Lead initiatives in pricing, promotions, and product architecture to foster sustainable growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to execute business plans effectively, ensuring alignment across procurement, supply chain, and marketing.
- Brand Innovation: Explore new avenues for brand development, including strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities.
- Annual Planning: Translate long-term strategic goals into actionable annual marketing plans that drive sales through effective channel management.
- Marketing Execution: Oversee the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies across product, pricing, placement, and promotion.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in product or brand management, ideally 3-5 years.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial principles.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
