POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Lead Brand Experience Strategist, you will be instrumental in implementing strategies aimed at achieving profitable growth and managing key operational aspects for a designated brand. You will oversee all elements of annual marketing and business strategies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to guarantee the successful execution of annual business plans. This role requires a strong commitment to advocating for the brand's identity and a profound understanding of consumer behavior to guide all business and brand-related decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the brand's target consumers
  • Evaluate data and transform findings into actionable insights
  • Facilitate the monthly operational review process
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to devise marketing strategies
  • Assist in packaging modifications due to product, graphic, or formula updates
  • Work alongside Sales and Customers to implement strategic initiatives
  • Assess promotional campaigns to enhance effectiveness and efficiency

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or brand management
  • 3+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and agency collaborations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing communication initiatives
  • Experience in utilizing data, research, and market trends

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with budget management techniques
  • Capacity to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
