Key Responsibilities:1. Tailored Marketing Strategies
  • Collaborate closely with sales and executive teams to devise marketing strategies that cater to our diverse customer segments.
  • Utilize a mix of direct sales efforts, industry events, advertising campaigns, and public relations to enhance customer engagement.
  • Identify and assess participation in regional events that align with our sales goals.
  • Craft compelling sales messaging that effectively conveys Dandelion's value propositions to various stakeholders.

2. Digital Marketing Management
  • Oversee the company's online presence, ensuring the website is optimized for search engine visibility (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), while managing our social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive lead generation through targeted advertising campaigns aimed at attracting and converting prospective customers.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our digital initiatives.
3. Market Research and Analysis
  • Compile a detailed list of target customers based on thorough market research and segmentation analysis.
  • Maintain comprehensive competitive intelligence to understand the strengths and weaknesses of market competitors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a product marketing capacity.
  • Experience in B2B environments with extensive national enterprise sales teams.
  • Background in a startup setting.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (honors preferred).
