This position is vital to our organizational objectives.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Marketing Programs & Campaigns: Assess the return on investment and effectiveness of current initiatives, devising refreshed strategies for outbound and demand generation campaigns. This encompasses managing account-based marketing strategies across organic and paid channels, social media, email outreach, webinars, and more, in coordination with the Sales team as necessary.
Brand Enhancement & Content Creation: Develop compelling cross-channel content to elevate our brand and product visibility, working alongside partners, media outlets, and industry associations. Collaborate on company presentations, marketing materials, and go-to-market messaging to ensure consistency and impact.
Marketing Operations: Evaluate existing marketing frameworks (systems, processes, and tools) to identify areas for enhanced efficiency and opportunities for growth; work collaboratively with the team to establish a scalable, next-generation marketing operations platform. This includes tools for marketing automation, content management systems (CMS), reporting, dashboards & analytics, and project management. Assist in overseeing our website enhancement.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Examine performance metrics across various channels, report on progress, and refine programs for optimal results.
Qualifications We Seek:
A dedicated product marketing expert with experience in restaurant technology (SaaS).
A hands-on problem solver equipped with critical thinking abilities and innovative ideas.
A proactive communicator who embodies a growth-oriented mindset.
At least 5+ years of direct experience in marketing and sales operations leadership, working collaboratively across an organization.
