  • Manage all administrative functions of the role, lead a team for strong, proactive performance, and drive brand standards for all outlets.
  • Plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions and compensation actions.
  • Meet food and beverage financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenses, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Uphold local and statewide requirements for operational safety and integrity.
  • Maximize bar and restaurant profitability by ensuring proper controls, standards, and recipes are in place.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hotel/resort food and beverage experience required.
  • Financial management software experience, ProfitSword, and M3 experience is a plus.
  • Experience using POS systems such as Toast, Tripleseat.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Engaged, collaborative, culture-forward leader.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Effective communication including the ability to collaborate with hospitality team members.
  • Mathematical skills including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the company.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret paperwork and management reports to provide instructions and training.
  • Ability to perform critical analysis and manage a wide range of information.
