About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager - Account Services to join our team at CVS Health. As a key member of our internal agency, Heart Haus, you will be responsible for overseeing CVS Retail Front Store advertising and marketing communications programs on behalf of our Marketing Strategy partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Account Management function in the CVS Health internal advertising agency, bringing best practices from creative/digital agency ways of working.
  • Build relationships and partner with Marketing Strategy, Media, Creative and Project Management teams to mobilize the integrated team towards high-caliber work that meets objectives and drives overall performance of the in-house agency.
  • Partner with Marketing Strategy, Media and Creative Strategist disciplines to ensure that briefs are tailored to media objectives and media plan design, and work closely with Creative teams to ensure that creative adheres to channel best practices and is designed for the environment and objectives.
  • Lead the development of multi-channel campaigns from helping define objectives to the flawless execution of asset development for paid and owned media, including proactive communications among project team members and business partners.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of CVS Brand and business and advocate for work that drives results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in account management role at a high-performing advertising or digital agency, including communications strategy, account management, consumer research and journeys.
  • 5+ years of experience with paid media planning and trafficking, including complex DCO efforts.
  • Passion for the power of great creative and ability to inspire and advocate for it; strategically oriented.
  • Well-versed in video and digital production and workflow; experience with creative rotations, talent management and trafficking of assets for paid media.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital environments and experience with content development.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, communicate effectively across integrated teams and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, thorough, collaborative team player.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Education
  • Associate degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience) required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
