As a caregiver, you will engage in a variety of tasks to support local seniors. Our company is a rapidly expanding and nurturing environment, celebrating two decades of dedicated service to the community. We take pride in delivering exceptional care to our elderly clients. Flexible Scheduling
We provide adaptable work hours, including options suitable for parents. You can create your own schedule, with shifts available during both daytime and nighttime hours, any day of the week. Work at various locations that are convenient for you throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personalized care and home management as outlined in their care plan.
- Support and encourage daily living activities (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, leisure activities, and social interaction.
- Help seniors with shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
Qualifications
- A warm, compassionate demeanor towards individuals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding clients and their families.
- Effectively communicate clients' progress and any changes in their condition.
- Empathetic and caring nature.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
