Search Engine Marketing Specialist

We are on the lookout for skilled digital marketing professionals to join our Performance Marketing team. This in-house group is responsible for managing the paid marketing channels that drive revenue and customer acquisition for RevZilla. As a Paid Search Specialist, you will report directly to the SEM Manager and focus primarily on executing Paid Search and Shopping initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a comprehensive Paid Search keyword and Shopping product group portfolio to support RevZilla's expanding range of premium products.
- Conduct ad copy testing to identify compelling messages that resonate with the powersports community.
- Learn and apply advanced Paid Search and Shopping bid management techniques to enhance campaign performance.
- Oversee daily campaign management of substantial budgets, ensuring optimal pacing and performance.
- Continuously optimize the Paid Search and Shopping portfolio to elevate high-performing campaigns and reduce underperformers.
- Drive significant revenue growth across various performance channels.
- Ensure quality assurance of your workflow, including ad copy, audience management, and campaign setups, while also reviewing colleagues' work for quality control.
- Engage actively in managing vendor and platform relationships.
- Aim to master Paid Search and Shopping management to take a leadership role in the function.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 2-5 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing and/or Shopping.
- Experience in the retail or eCommerce sector.
- Proven track record managing large-scale Paid Search and Shopping accounts across platforms like Google AdWords.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end campaign management, including planning, launching, testing, and using third-party bid management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in web analytics tools and advanced Excel skills.
- A detail-oriented approach, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A self-motivated attitude with the ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
- Experience in managing Display, Video, and Paid Social campaigns.
- Familiarity with database management and BI visualization tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, AdWords scripting, or other programming languages.
- A passion for motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs is a plus, but not required.
