Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in capital equipment sales, analytical instruments, or rheometers, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skills, to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in a natural science or engineering.
  • Availability for frequent overnight travel (50-60%).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and passport.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary range of $87,000 to $98,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission plan with monthly payments from day one, including bonuses for meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Monthly car/mileage reimbursement, full benefits, profit-sharing bonuses, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.
  • Sign-on bonus opportunity.
