We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to take on the role of Lead Infant Educator at The Goddard School. This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to fostering a nurturing environment for infants and young children.

The Goddard School is a premier early childhood education center focused on the holistic development of children from 6 weeks to 6 years. Our innovative curriculum is rooted in developmental theories, promoting learning through play and personalized engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute developmentally appropriate educational programs
  • Facilitate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional growth
  • Maintain open lines of communication with families and staff
  • Support children's social skills and emotional well-being
  • Foster strong partnerships with parents
  • Ensure high standards of educational quality through collaborative planning
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 18 credits in Early Childhood Education
  • EEC Certification is advantageous
  • Availability during operational hours
  • Excellent communication abilities

Requirements:

Candidates must meet state and national employment criteria, including the capacity to manage emergencies and fulfill the physical demands of the role.
