Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher to join our team at Communities United, Inc. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a teaching team in the planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a teaching team in the planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum
  • Engage in positive and nurturing child interactions at all times
  • Complete child assessments and observations on primary children
  • Meet MA EEC Lead Teacher qualifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • $20.00 per hour or higher to start, depending on level of education
